Payment:

Payments are accepted via Google Checkout, PayPal (No account needed) or Money Order (US and Canada only!).

All taxes are included!

I expect payment within 7 days after purchasing. Thats MORE than enough time regardless of where you live to get your payment to me. If after 7 days I haven’t received your payment, i will cancel your order!

Delivery & Shipping for Your Purchase:
Please note that orders received Monday through Friday will generally be shipped within one to two business days. Erika Hendrix is not responsible for lost or damaged items when shipped without insurance!
Shipping will take (excluding Holidays):
2-6 days to USA and Canada
5-10 days to rest of the world

Shipping and handling rates are:
US Postal with Tracking#:
$6.50 for USA and Canada
$10.00 for rest of the world
and are calculated at checkout.

Returns & Exchanges:
I want you or your gift recipient to be thrilled with your Erika Hendrix purchase. If for some reason you are not completely happy with your purchase, please contact me and I will arrange to exchange your purchase.

• Within 3 days of receipt of your order, I will gladly exchange your purchase for a store credit. I DO NOT accept returns for refund!
• The shipping and handling charge is non refundable.
• Please also note that some items labeled “Not Returnable”, items on sale or custom orders cannot be returned for exchange at Erika Hendrix.

Erika Hendrix is not responsible for items damaged or lost while being returned.

Please contact me PRIOR to making a return!

A Note about my handmade items:
Every Erika Hendrix item is handmade from scratch. I DO NOT mass produce and all items are made in the USA!

Some of the silver jewelry may contain nickel.

I have made every effort to display accurate colors in the photographs on this web site, however, due to numerous variations in the settings of your monitor, I cannot guarantee that the colors that you view on your screen are the exact colors of the items.

Caring for your handmade piece:
Handwash in warm water! Do not tumble dry! Iron on low setting only! Do not bleach!

FREE Gift Wrap:
When ordering an item as a gift for someone, please email me and I will create a special tag for your gift recipient with your personal message.
